Sending the package
As a general rule, the packages are sent within 48 hours after the reception of the payment, through Correo Argentino, OCA, Andreani or another provider designated by Mercado Envios. A tracking number will be assigned with it, so that the user can have a traceability of his purchase.
For shipments with outsourcing of the type "delivery", the customer must pay the amount required by the delivery service.
Handling and packaging costs may not be included in the shipment and if so, Kaylash will inform you of the cost incurred. Handling costs may have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight or dimensions of the package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them individually. We cannot be responsible for any damage to your package after it has been dispatched, but we do our best to protect fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Product returns must be managed from the user account and completing the return option.The consumer has the right to revoke the acceptance during the period of TEN (10) calendar days from the date the good is delivered or the contract is concluded, whichever is later, without any liability. This power cannot be waived or renounced, the seller must inform the consumer in writing of this power of revocation in any document presented to the consumer on the occasion of the sale. Such information must be clearly and conspicuously included. The consumer must make the goods available to the seller and the costs of returning them are borne by the latter.
Are all products returnable?
Due to the nature of some items, we do not accept returns on all products.
Please check your order carefully when the carrier delivers. Refuse the receipt if you identify any of the following:
Open or damaged packaging
Lack of components
Product of different order
If, by mistake, you accepted receipt of a product that was already defective, please contact us immediately to request an exchange.
The product must be returned in the original packaging, without any indication of use, together with the Delivery Document that is available in your user account, in the section "Order history and details". It must contain all components and accessories and must be accompanied by the original signed return document that was discarded from your user account.
